So it’s that time of year again lovely people and I generally find that there are two camps of thought: either you groan outwardly as you hear the first playing of Mariah Carey’s Christmas classic sometime in November and dread the endless cooking, wrapping and logistical wrangling that is sure to ensue; or, you are putting up your decorations on the first of December and bursting with delight at the thought of the parties, eating delicious foods and drowning in a vat of Bailey’s. Either way, it can be a hectic time where it is easy to get overwhelmed. Thank God for our gorgeous Cornish beaches where it is always possible to take a stroll, blow away the cobwebs and gaze in awe at the play of light across the dunes. If you are very lucky you may even get the chance to see a double rainbow…now where is that pot of gold??
