Lantic Locations – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Lantic Locations. By confirming a booking with us, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Library Fees

• Upon confirmation of any booking, a non-refundable booking/library fee will be charged as follows:
  • £150+ VAT for still photography bookings.
  • £250 + VAT for film production bookings.
• The booking/library fee must be paid by the Client upon confirmation of the booking. Failure to pay the fee may result in cancellation of the booking.

2. Location Fees

• The location fee for each project will be agreed upon between Lantic Locations and the Client prior to the confirmation of the booking.
• Lantic Locations will charge a 20% commission on the total agreed location fee. This commission will be deducted from the final payment made to the location owner.

3. Prep Days and Strike Days

• Prep days and strike days will be charged at 50% of the agreed daily location rate, unless otherwise specified in the booking agreement.
• The number of prep and strike days must be confirmed in advance and will be subject to availability.

4. Payment Terms

• All payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments will incur interest at a rate of 5% per month from the due date until full payment is received.

5. Cancellation Policy

• In the event of cancellation by the Client, the booking/library fee remains non-refundable.
• Any other charges, including location fees, may be subject to cancellation fees as agreed upon in the individual booking agreement.

6. Liability

• Lantic Locations will not be held liable for any damages, delays, or additional costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances or events outside of our control.
• The Client assumes full responsibility for any damage to the property or location during the use period.

7. Changes and Amendments

• Any changes to the booking, including the date, location, or project details, must be communicated in writing and are subject to availability and approval by Lantic Locations.
• Additional fees may apply for changes or amendments after a booking has been confirmed.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
