This outstanding location is a peaceful 17th-century farmstead set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in West Cornwall. The granite home is tastefully decorated in a French country style with  secluded and spectacular sub-tropical gardens. There are far reaching views over iconic St Michael’s Mount and the bay as it sweeps round towards Land’s End.

The sub tropical gardens of this 17th century barn conversion has tranquil spots to sit and dream. Set between coast and countryside, The gardens, combine formal parterres and courtyards, with sweeping open lawns for a perfect escape.

The courtyards are softened by flamboyant Date palms and fig trees encompassing a central parterre and fountain flanked by terracotta pots filled with lavender, lilies, box topiary and standard Bay trees.
